By booking with us, you agree to the following terms of service and privacy practices:

1. Services & Payment

We provide professional window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any service concerns must be reported within 24 hours of completion so we can address them promptly. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a $45 cancellation fee.

2. Window Cleaning Quality Disclaimer

We strive to deliver exceptional quality with every job. However, due to variations in glass condition, hard water damage, oxidation, or long-term buildup, some stubborn marks or blemishes may not be fully removable. While we aim for a clear, streak-free result, we do not guarantee 100% perfection on every pane. Our team always works with care, detail, and integrity to leave your windows looking their absolute best.

3. Gutter Cleaning, Storm Windows & Special Surfaces

If storm windows, oxidized surfaces, or specialty materials are not disclosed in advance, a price adjustment of up to 40% may apply. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, unmaintained surfaces, or clogged gutters. Please notify us of any fragile or problematic areas prior to service.

4. Pressure Washing & Exterior Cleaning Liability

Pressure washing may reveal or worsen underlying damage such as rot, peeling paint, or weakened surfaces — particularly on untreated wood. Gutter cleaning may also expose hidden leaks or separations. We are not liable for cosmetic or structural issues that result from age, neglect, or poor maintenance.

5. Access, Safety & Arrival Window

Please ensure all necessary areas are accessible and notify us of any hazards (pets, fragile items, etc.). For safety and scheduling flexibility, we allow a 30-minute arrival window following the scheduled appointment time to accommodate traffic or unforeseen delays. If severe weather prevents safe work conditions, we will reschedule your appointment at no charge.

6. Liability Disclaimer

By using our services, you agree that Johnston’s Pristine Services LLC is not liable for any damage resulting from pre-existing issues, undisclosed hazards, or unmaintained property conditions. Our team exercises caution at every step, but clients accept responsibility for risks inherent to their property. All legal matters will be governed under the laws of the state of Tennessee.
