Window cleaning for Franklin homes, old and new
Franklin has two very different kinds of glass. In and around Historic Downtown Franklin, many homes are Victorian or older, with original wood sashes and divided panes that need patient hand detailing rather than a quick wipe. In newer master-planned neighborhoods such as Westhaven, McKay's Mill and Berry Farms, the challenge is height: two-story foyers, transoms and great-room windows that are hard to reach from inside.
For high exterior glass we use a water-fed pole with 0 PPM pure water, which rinses dirt away and dries without spots or soap film, usually from the ground. Inside, every pane is hand-detailed and we can clean screens, tracks and sills as well. Learn more about our window cleaning service or how pure water window washing works.
Storefront and office windows in Franklin
Downtown Main Street shops and the businesses around Cool Springs depend on clean glass. We offer one-time and recurring commercial window cleaning for storefronts and offices, scheduled around your opening hours.
Gutter cleaning around Franklin's mature trees
Neighborhoods along the Harpeth River, like Fieldstone Farms, Ladd Park and Sullivan Farms, have mature trees that drop leaves in the fall and seeds and pollen in the spring. That debris settles in gutters and downspouts and can send water over the edge and toward your foundation. Most Franklin homes do well with cleaning twice a year, in late spring and after the leaves fall.
We clear the gutter channels, clear the accessible downspout openings and photograph the roofline before and after so you can see the result. Our gutter cleaning is cleaning only; we do not do gutter repairs.
Pressure washing and soft washing in Franklin
Front porches, driveways, walkways and patios pick up algae and mildew in Middle Tennessee's humid summers. We use the right pressure for each surface: firm cleaning for concrete, and a low-pressure soft wash for siding. If your HOA has asked for a cleaner exterior, we can usually handle the house, driveway and walkways in one visit.
Prices and booking
Residential window cleaning inside and out starts at $170 for a smaller home (up to about 15 windows), and exterior-only service starts at $165. Gutter cleaning starts at $165 for homes under 2,000 sq ft.
